The exam will not start
A start can be refused for a small number of specific reasons. The message tells you which.
"Ranked attempt already used for this form"Link to the section: "Ranked attempt already used for this form"
You have already submitted a ranked attempt on this form. Sit a different form, or re-sit this one in practice mode. See One ranked attempt per form.
"Ranked cooldown active"Link to the section: "Ranked cooldown active"
You started a ranked attempt on this track within the last 24 hours. See The 24-hour ranked cooldown.
"No entitlement for this track"Link to the section: "No entitlement for this track"
The mock is a paid one and your pass has expired or was never bought. Check Billing. If you have paid and it is not showing, see You paid and nothing happened.
"Account is not permitted to start exams"Link to the section: "Account is not permitted to start exams"
Your account standing is restricted. This is rare and you will have been told why. Reply to that notice, or contact us.
"Form not found" or the mock is not listedLink to the section: "Form not found" or the mock is not listed
The form is not published. A form is published only when all six of its adaptive panels are full of verified questions — see Why there are not more mocks yet.
You are signed outLink to the section: You are signed out
