You lost connection during an exam

Your answers are saved as you go, so a dropped connection does not lose your work.

1. Reconnect.
2. Open the Digital SAT track page and press Start on the mock you were sitting.
3. That puts you back into the sitting you left — same module, same question, with your highlights, scratchpad and notes intact. It does not start a second attempt, and it does not cost you a ranked start.

It kept running. The countdown is held on our server and computed from when the module opened, so a disconnection costs you the time you were away.

Then it closed, and you move on to the next one with whatever you had answered. There is no way to reopen a closed module, on our platform or on the real test.

Do not start a new attempt — that would consume a second ranked start and trip the cooldown. Email us from the Contact page with roughly when it happened and we will look at the session.
