Your data, export and deletion
Export everything or delete your account, both self-serve and immediate.
You can export everything we hold about you from Settings, as a machine-readable file.
You can also delete your account from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, results, answers and devices are removed. Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records, are retained in a scrubbed form that is no longer linked to you.
We do not offer a "pause" that quietly keeps your data. Delete means delete.
