You forgot your password
How to reset it, and what to do when the reset link does not work.
- Go to Reset your password.
- Enter the address you signed up with.
- Open the email and follow the link. It signs you in and takes you straight to a page where you set a new password.
If the link does not workLink to the section: If the link does not work
Reset links are single-use and time-limited. If you clicked it twice, or opened it a day later, you will land on a page saying the link did not work. Request another one — the new link works.
If no email arrivesLink to the section: If no email arrives
Check spam first. Then check the address is the one you actually signed up with — a typo at signup means the reset is going somewhere real that is not you.
School and workplace mail systems sometimes filter these. A personal address avoids the problem.

Email us from Contact, from the address if you still have it. We will not reset a password over email, but we can tell you whether the address matches an account so you know where to look.
