The confirmation email did not arrive
Confirmation emails usually arrive within a minute. If yours has not, work through this in order.
- Check your spam or junk folder. This is the answer roughly nine times in ten.
- Check you typed the address correctly. A typo means the email went somewhere real that is not you.
- Wait three minutes. Some school and workplace mail systems queue new senders.
- Request a fresh link by trying to sign in again — we send a new one rather than telling you the old one is pending.
Why an old link stops workingLink to the section: Why an old link stops working
Every email link is single-use and time-limited. If you clicked it twice, or opened it a day later, it will not work and you will land on a page saying so. That is expected: request another one and the new link works.

If your address ends in a school domain, the mail may be filtered before it reaches you and there may be nothing you can do about it from your side. Signing up with a personal address is the reliable fix.

Email us at the address on the Contact page from the account you tried to sign up with, and say what address you used. A person reads every message.
