Receipts and payment history
Where to find what you paid, and when.
Every payment appears in Billing with its date, amount and what it bought.
A receipt is emailed by our payment provider at the time of the charge, to the address entered at checkout. If that was a parent's address, the receipt went to the parent.

Check the address used at checkout rather than the one on the account — they are frequently different. Then check spam.
If it is genuinely missing, email us from Contact and we will send the details.
