Reporting a question you think is wrong
How to report it, and what happens after you do.
Report it from the review screen after your exam. Tell us which part is wrong: the keyed answer, an ambiguity between two options, or something out of date.
A confirmed report takes the question out of rotation immediately. Published questions are never silently edited — a correction supersedes the original, so results already scored stay reproducible.
Repeated reports on the same question are the strongest signal we have that an answer key is wrong, so it is worth reporting even if you think someone else already has.
