What happens after you report a question
The threshold, the automatic withdrawal, and the score recalculation.
Reporting is not a suggestion box. It is wired to the item.
- You report a question from the review screen after a sitting, or from a lesson or drill.
- The report is recorded against that item.
- When reports on an item cross a threshold, it is pulled from circulation automatically — before a human has looked at it.
- A human then reviews it. If the item was wrong, scores affected by it are recalculated so nobody is penalised for our mistake.

Because the alternative is a queue, and a queue means a broken question keeps being served to people while it waits. Pulling first and reviewing second costs us a good question occasionally and costs students nothing.

Just say what looks wrong. "Two answers work" or "the passage does not support this" is enough. You do not need to be right — you need to be noticing.
